Welcome to The Gallery, Downtown Piqua’s newest and best-equipped event venue. Adapted from a former midcentury social club, we bring the glamour of an opulent ballroom to the 21st century with a polished aesthetic. Featuring a grand staircase, dome ceiling, and stylish atmosphere, weddings, large-scale parties, and corporate events will all feel at home in our newly renovated space. Our capacity of 200-250 guests and convenient location in the heart of Piqua’s downtown will accommodate almost any group. A $1,500 “Non Refundable Down Payment” will reserve the venue. The $1,500 “Non Refundable Down Payment” will be applied to your total balance. A separate $500.00 damage deposit will be required when the balance is paid in full. The $500.00 damage deposit is refundable. Remaining balance will be due 60 days before event. ** All other event types require 50% down. Rebooking due to illness or events beyond your control up to 12-months in the future on dates available at the time of rebooking. $500 damage deposit: returned within 5 business days of your event, granted no issues arise. Full rental amount non-refundable for events cancelled 60 days prior to the event. All items must be removed prior to your time expiring on the day of your event. Rehearsals will be scheduled by the Venue Manager for ceremony events, due to potential scheduling constraints, rehearsing the night before your event may not be possible. Dates that fall on holidays may be unavailable or incur an additional fee – EX: New Year’s Eve falling on a Wednesday would have the same price as a Saturday.
We have created multiple ceremony and reception seating arrangements to make your planning easier. We also allow you to have full control of the layout, if you desire.
Our Venue Manager can assist with referring vendors such as caterers, DJs, bartenders, florists, etc. Our staff will be onsite during setup to help coordinate vendors and they will be onsite during your event to ensure things run smoothly. Every rental comes with access to both changing suites which include seating, full length mirrors, cabinets, mini fridge, vanity stations (bridal), big screen TV with streaming services (groom), which are located close their respective restrooms for convenience.
If a package of services is desired, we have the ability to work with TEC Event Services to custom design a package of your choice.
